Sarah Wiebe is the owner and founder of Sarahtopia Lymphatics & Wellness, a Winnipeg-based practice dedicated to restoring wellness, balance, and flow through compassionate, evidence-informed, individualized care.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, Functional Movement Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and Certified Wound Therapist, Sarah has pursued advanced education in lymphatic health, wound management, compression therapy, functional movement, post-surgical recovery, and therapeutic massage. Her areas of focus include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), lymphedema and edema management, post-surgical lymphatic care, complex wound support, compression therapy, therapeutic and remedial massage, photobiomodulation, kinesiology taping, functional movement, and holistic wellness care.
Sarah is also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, allowing her to incorporate education around essential oils, aromatherapy, foundational wellness, and complementary lifestyle support for clients who are interested in a more holistic approach to their care.
What sets Sarah’s approach apart is the combination of professional education with more than 15 years of personal lived experience navigating complex healthcare, recovery, lymphatic challenges, and rehabilitation. That experience has shaped her belief that patients deserve to be listened to, educated about their options, and connected with the right care as early as possible.
Sarah approaches wellness from a holistic, whole-person perspective, considering not only a client’s symptoms but also their health history, mobility, lymphatic function, tissue health, lifestyle, recovery needs, stress, and overall well-being. When a client is under the care of a physician or other regulated healthcare professional, or has been provided with specific medical instructions or prescribed treatment parameters, Sarah’s care is provided in accordance with those directions and within her professional scope of practice.
Her goal is to complement — not replace — appropriate medical care while providing clients with practical tools and supportive therapies that can help them participate more actively in their own health and wellness.
Sarah founded Sarahtopia with a larger purpose: to help bridge gaps in healthcare access. She is passionate about improving awareness of lymphatic disorders and complex wounds, supporting earlier intervention, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and helping patients transition from clinical care into sustainable long-term self-management.
Treatment at Sarahtopia is never designed around a one-size-fits-all model. Sarah looks at the whole person to develop an individualized treatment approach based on their needs, goals, comfort level, medical considerations, and barriers to care.
Complementary wellness options may include aromatherapy using doTERRA CPTG® essential oils, wellness education, photobiomodulation, functional movement, compression support, therapeutic bodywork, and individualized home-care strategies, where appropriate.
Accessibility is an important part of Sarahtopia’s philosophy. Through the practice’s Care Without Barriers approach, Sarah strives to help ensure that finances, complex health histories, and gaps within the healthcare system do not unnecessarily prevent people from accessing knowledgeable, compassionate care.
